Updating ThinKNX Z-Wave dongle and Z-Wave database

If there is trouble associating Zwave components with ThinKNX Compact or Micro servers check the following

1. Ensure ZWave dongle is the correct frequency.  This cannot be dynamically updated for NZ/ AU or Brazil

Purchase a ZME Z-Wave USB Transceiver DHS-CON-UZB-ZME

Replace existing dongle, perform a full reboot of the server and the dongle will use the correct frequency to communicate.

2. Update the zwavedb to latest version
